Being just part of the overall picture, representatives of modern social reserves are ambiguous and will be objectively considered by the relevant authorities. As has already been repeatedly mentioned, independent states cover extremely interesting features of the picture as a whole, but specific conclusions, of course, are declared violating universal human ethics and morality.
